How do virtual classes work?
Virtual yoga classes work in a similar way to in-person classes, with the main difference being that everything is conducted online.
What equipment will I need?
All you need is a laptop or ipad or mobile with good internet conncetion. Don’t forget yout yoga mat though .
Will classes be recorded and accessible later?
Sorry we do not provide recorded videos as this will be live class conducted by the instructor.
